As a youth, Moreira played roller hockey as a goalkeeper. During a match, he was hit directly in the head by the ball with enough force to dent his helmet and knock him unconscious. When he woke up, his teammates jokingly dubbed him “Soneca.” Coincidentally, the nickname stuck because he naturally struggled with a late-night sleeping pattern into adulthood.Weight Division: Peso Pluma (Super Featherweight – 64 kg / 141 lbs)Association: Helio Soneca Association
